Final Sale Nature of Our Products

All Plain & Pure tallow creams are considered final sale once they leave our care.
These products are:

• Made in small batches

• Not tamper-evident sealed

• Perishable (12-month shelf life)

• Personal-use skincare items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on scent, texture or preference.

We kindly encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

• Damaged

• Leaking

• Broken

• Or incorrect due to our error

To qualify, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photo proof of the issue

• Return the physical product to us (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer)

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels
